  Terrible customer service experience—was made to feel like an ignorant annoyance. I will not return nor recommend this business to anyone in the north shore community.

  There is nothing quiet like having a shop that specializes in your instrument. I found this shop from a recommendation by my violin teacher. There customer service is great with offering a loaner violin, while I left a violin there to get new pegs. Also I was totally anamored with the fact that they could specially make a bow with green horse hair.
